ABOUT:
With over 16 years of experience in education and student well-being, I’ve discovered my true passion in helping individuals lead more fulfilling and balanced lives. This passion inspired me to pursue my career in counselling, where I focus on enhancing health and well-being, guiding clients toward their best selves.
As a mother and professional, I understand the complexities of balancing life’s demands. My personal experiences motivate me to support parents and those aspiring to be parents in finding peace, balance, and resilience through life’s transitions.
I specialize in helping clients navigate a range of challenges, including:
Pregnancy and postpartum issues
Parenting challenges
Fertility struggles
Anxiety
Marriage and relationships
Family issues
Stress management
Anger management
Grief and loss
General counselling
My approach is eclectic, combining techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). At the heart of my practice is genuine listening—creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can reflect, explore, and find clarity. In our sessions, you will find a safe, empathic and non judgemental environment where you have the freedom to share as much or as little as you wish, and work through whatever concerns bring you to counselling. Together, we will focus on what matters most to you, helping you build resilience, develop coping tools, and live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
