The team at Partyland are the BEST! Amazing range of party supplies, costumes and everything we need for our events through the year. I've been using them for a long time for all my parties, birthdays, special occasions etc - they always deliver on time, go that extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and make it easy to deal with them. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We drove an hour to get to the store. As we approached the store at 6.35pm on a Thursday evening, the sales person/manager literally closed the door in our face & waved dismissively that they are closed. Advertised closing time is 7pm. There were 4 other customers who also arrived & were disappointed/inconvenienced. Despite us & others knocking on the window, the staff glanced at us and ignored us & continued cashing up. Appalling treatment of customers! It's now only 6.45pm..... Update: Just found a great alternative at K-Mart.

Great Service, Helpful Staff, Had everything i wanted and helped me get my party essentials ready 1 day before my party so i was all set! Definitely recommend!

Amazing store, lovely people. Came in a couple of weeks ago for some ideas and ballons for my friends birthday. One of the girls, American with coloured hair helped me out and created a beautiful set up of balloons of various colours. 10/10 service and was patient with me even though I couldn't make up my mind. Great work guys keep it up and definitely coming back again. Also love the costumes, so much variety ❤️
