We got in touch with Nik Heat And Cool to a reverse cycle central Panasonic AC unit 3 months ago. Nik and His team was more than helpful getting us the best system that fits; there was even a newer model on the market which we were not aware of. The other add-on cost a little bit but not over priced as other suppliers. The design was good, prices flexible. The installation guys rocked up on time, nice clean install and system is humming along until today. Great service, great product.
