I met Dominique when she was part of a panel discussion on Women in Association Leadership that I facilitated. She was a valued member of the panel, as she shared how her early career choices and experiences led to her becoming CEO of the National Retail Association. This led to an active discussion with the other panel members and the audience about how they can encourage their younger female members' career aspirations. Thanks Dominique.
