There were two things that really struck me about Deena. First was just the sheer amount of kindness, fun and warmth that she radiates. Anyone that works with her feels totally at ease in her company and you can’t help but want to work with her. She has genuine care for people at her core. The second thing was the diversity in her skillset. Obviously customer/account development was her primary focus, but Deena also contributed frequently to topics that might be considered outside of her domain and added such a huge amount to the culture at Perx. These things might seem surprising for someone in Deena's role, but once you meet and know Deena you’ll understand why it’s not surprising at all. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Deena and I sincerely hope I get to work with her again.

Deena Metz worked with us for a number of years in Program Management and commercial roles. Deena is highly organised, capable and effective. She is quick to grasp the nuance of a situation and to be able to approach things strategically. Her “superpower” is relationships and she is quick to build rapport and to appreciate the importance of people and when and how to leverage her network. I trust Deena completely and she has a genuine ‘can do’ attitude. As well as using her initiative, every challenge we threw at her she executed with excellence. Deena has the ability to look at situations at a high level, suggest improvements and appreciate the flow on effect of the change. I would welcome the chance to work with Deena again.

Deena worked for the Bailey Nelson Bondi store for 2.5 years. She was a wonderful asset to the Bondi store team and I recommend her without reservation.
