Fast approaching a decade in the industry, Daniel brings both experience & tenacity to the table when representing his clients. A second generation real estate agent, Daniel has acquired a lifetime of inspiration & knowledge from his father and industry leader, Gary Peer (co-founder of Gary Peer & Associates). In addition to his unconventional & property-obsessed childhood, Daniel spent his early years in the industry working through the ranks of Property Management, developing brilliant foundations for his dynamic role in the company. Daniel always puts his client first, ensuring every transaction is handled with optimal professionalism & commitment. His service philosophy, together with the skills & capabilities acquired when completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (Monash) & Estate Agents License help Daniel apply a strategic perspective to every negotiation & sale. Outside of work, you may find Daniel sweating out toxins in his sauna, running laps of Caulfield Park, or occasionally roaming the elite streets of both Melbourne & Sydney’s East, his favourite source of inspiration!
