In my opinion this is a rather strange and somewhat hidden location. In most other international cities, particularly in Asia the Nike stores would be so easy to see, front and centre of the masses. Once inside it just looks like your average clothing and sports apparel store. Nothing stands out which is disappointing especially from a global brand. Walk across the street to Uniqlo for example and it’s a world of difference; it has a presence, this Nike store does not.

Was served by Matthew, a young man who was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He also had a great sense of humour - refreshing to see in the retail sector. I hope the store owner reads this and acknowledges his dedication to his work.

Has a good range but the staff are not interested in helping customers. Talking to themselves and looking at their finger nails and avoiding customers. Nice!

Staff can be at least courteous and nice over the phone. The male I spoke with sounded like he doesn't enjoy working at the place and selling products by not being helpful at all. Didn't even thank me or anything before ending the call, just hung up. No wonder this store has bad reviews. Since it is a franchise store, there isn't much apparel to choose from and the layout needs work.

My son got the shoes he wanted here which is sold out on his size everywhere. Helpful staff, clean store, lots of really nice shoes, apparel for women, men and kids. We were more than happy on this store
