After contacting Byrd electrical online I received a prompt call back from Tara. She was really good to deal with and arranged a free quote at my home the next morning. I received a courtesy message when Mark was on his way, and he arrived on time. He was super helpful with suggestions to my bathroom fan issue. He also quoted change over of all my old switches and sockets to new slimline ones. The quote seemed fair and he was able to do the work the same day which was a bonus, Mark was great at explaining everything and left it all clean and tidy. i would definitely hire them again, and recommend to anyone. Never had such a positive experience with a trade in my home.
I contacted BYRD electrics to get a quote to upgrade my switchboard on Friday 9th June. Leon attended the property and quickly discovered that my main switch was showing signs of being burnt out and recommended that I get it replaced. He provided a quote which I accepted and quickly replace it. He provided a quote to upgraded the switchboard as well and this was done on the 14th June. Was really happy with work , will definitely use this company and would recommend them.
The Byrd team completely re-wired our home we recently bought (that was built in the 1940s). They did a fantastic job, found many electrical problems caused by previous electricians and fixed them all. The Byrd team are highly trustworthy. My parents have also used Byrd electrical and had a great experience with them as well. Highly recommend!!
Had a fire alarm issue that I asked to be fast tracked. Bronte in the office got Ben there within the hour. He had to do a bit of extra sleuthing. Happy to recommend Byrd, professional and responsive. Felt very comfortable having Ben in the house. Thanks Ben!
Recently used Byrd electrical for some electrical jobs around our house. Can’t speak highly enough of this company! Very professional, turning up early, great communication, so friendly and professional. Boyd was professional, polite, hard working and did an excellent job. Tara from reception was great too! Even the aftercare and follow up was exceptional. We have a big golden retriever and Boyd was great with him too. 5 stars ⭐️- thanks guys. Definitely keeping this sparky contact 🙂
