My story

I started my career in Corporate Law/M&A, advising startups how to structure themselves correctly and avoid any legal headaches down the track. However I knew that I needed something more entrepreneurial to keep me engaged.

After that I moved into VC, working for one of the most active venture investors globally and working with 150+ portfolio companies. However I knew that I needed to get my hands dirty to really understand the challenge of building and scaling a business.

So I helped found a company called Earnd in 2018. Starting from scratch, we rapidly expanded our user base to tens of thousands across the globe, grew our team to more than 60 employees at our prime, and ventured into new markets, including the UK and USA. All the while, we also ended up selling the business 3 times over the course of just over 3 years - once in a trade sale, once to a competitor and once to private equity. The experience truly lived up to the adage, "Be careful what you wish for," as I thoroughly immersed myself in the entrepreneurial world and got my hands more than sufficiently dirty. However, I'm now embarking on a new journey: leveraging the valuable lessons I've gathered to assist other startups on their own path.
